Madeleine Sylvia Barlow
(April 6, 1916 – April 15, 2010)
Madeleine Barlow, formerly of Redvers, SK, passed away at her home in Weyburn, SK on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at the age of 94 years.
Madeleine was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Mary Andries; husband Telford Barlow; grandson Trevor Sandgaard; son-in-law Darell Sunde; brothers, George Andries, Leon Andries and Albert Andries; sisters, Martha (John) Wock and Laura (William) Turgeon; sisters-in-law, Margaret (Charlie)Mielitz, Marion (Avory) Eagles, Frances (Alfred) Ollenberger and Madeleine Andries, and brother-in-law Graham Barlow.
She is survived and will be missed by her family: children, Sylvia Maher of Vancouver, BC, Delois Sunde of Weyburn, Marilyn (Paul) Sandgaard of Redvers and Ken (Claudette) Barlow of Redvers; grandchildren, Tammy Maher, Kevin Maher, Chrystal (Don) Grant, Darren Sandgaard, Sonia Sandgaard (Bob Habermehl), Corey Barlow, Amanda (Gerald) Fradette, Craig Barlow, Bradley Barlow, Candace Barlow and Shanice Barlow; great grandchildren, Ruby Maher, Jenna Grant, Caitlin Grant, Alanna Grant, Kaily Fradette and Zander Fradette; siblings, Maurice Andries of Lafleche, SK and Omer (Bertha) Andries of Estevan, SK and sister-in-law Madeleine Andries of Estevan, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Prayers will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. and Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 23, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. by Rev. Francis Hengen. Both services will be held in Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church, Redvers. Interment will take place in the Redvers Town Cemetery.
