Ellen Joyce Hirsch
(December 20, 1919 – July 12, 2010)
On Monday, July 12, 2010, Ellen Hirsch late of Estevan, SK passed away in Weyburn, SK at the age of 90 years.
Ellen was predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Ida Wyatt; husband Peter and son Mathias in infancy.
She will be forever remembered by her daughter Mildred Quinlan (Garry Hirsch); grandson Morley (Lynda) Quinlan and their children: Sean and Ayla; brother Wayne (Marlene) Wyatt, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service celebrating Ellen’s life will be held Friday, July 16, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in St. Paul’s United Church, Estevan with Rev. Nicholas Judson officiating. A luncheon will follow in the church auditorium. Interment will take place at a later date in Virden Cemetery, Virden, MB.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan or the Canadian Cancer Society in Ellen’s memory.
