Hazel Gress
Cora Gress (nee Lucas) passed away
in Estevan, SK on Saturday, June 26, 2010 at the age of 91 years.
Cora is survived by her sisters, Elvia Johnson of
Quebec and Celista Boyce of British Columbia; sisters-in-law,
Bernice Gress of Estevan, Carol (Leo) Gress of Estevan, as well
as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her parents, Lewis and Mattie
Lucas; husband John; brother Tim (Sharon) Lucas; sisters, Bernice
(Louis) Booth, Lucy (Everett) Lamberton and Anna (Daniel) Bickford;
sister-in-law Pat Lucas; brothers-in-law, Joseph (Lena) Gress,
Adam Gress, Edward Gress, Mathias Gress, Sebastian (Monica) Gress
and Hugh Boyce.
Prayers will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at
7:30 p.m. in the chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan. Funeral
Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at 10:30 a.m.
in St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Estevan, by Rev. Anthony
Varghese Padayatty. Interment will follow in the Estevan City
Cemetery.
