Phyllis Lorraine Storey
(June 27, 1941 – June 29, 2010)
Phyllis Lorraine Storey late of Macoun, passed away June 29, 2010 at the General Hospital in Regina, SK at the age of 69 years. Phyllis will be remembered and missed by many.
She is survived by her husband Douglas Storey of Macoun, SK; brother Herb Freeborn (Pauline); son Lorrie Fortner (Chris); grandchildren: Donella Fortner, Dillon Fortner, Shane Fortner, Brandy McKay (Dan Rice), Jeff McKay (Amanda Berg); great grandchildren: Lydia Hayden, Maxance Hayden, Douglas McKay, and Brooklyn Rice.
She was predeceased by her parents: Hugh and Susan Freeborn, as well as her daughter Deborah Fortner.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 2, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan with Pastor Charlie Bowen officiant. Interment will follow in the Macoun Town Cemetery.
If friends so desire, donations may be made to the St. Joseph’s Hospital Renal Unit or to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Saskatchewan Branch in Phyllis’ memory.
