Anton (Tony) Zander
(November 13, 1920 – June 5, 2010)
Tony Zander passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2010 in the Redvers Centennial Haven at the age of 89 years. Tony was predeceased by his parents, Justinus and Rose Zander; brothers and sisters: Adam Zander, Joe (Alleen) Zander, Helen (John) Medvedev, Betty Beriault, Billy (Carol) Zander and brother in-laws: Harry Tasker, Louie Daku and Fred Sylvestre. He will be lovingly remembered by his brothers and sisters: Mary Tasker, Jack (Joan) Zander, Roy Zander, Tillie Daku, Annie Sylvestre, Kay (Joe) Daku, Rose Zander and Nestor (Marg) Zander; brother in-law Paul Beriault as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church, Redvers, SK. Interment will follow in St. Regis Parish Cemetery, Wauchope, SK. If friends so desire, donations to the Redvers Health Foundation or Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church may be made in Tony’s memory.
