James “Jim”Storlie
(June 3, 1928 – May 20, 2010)
Jim Storlie, late of Lampman, SK, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at the age of 81 years.
Jim was predeceased by his parents, Theodore and Rhoda Storlie, and brother Oliver Storlie.
He is survived by his sister Rhoda Kernested; wife Nelda; children: Brenda (Maurice) Tetreault, Don (Sonya) Storlie, Brian (Kelly) Storlie, Betty (John) Easson, Barry Storlie (Connie Funk), Ted Storlie; grandchildren: Michael Tetreault, Angela (Brad) Orser, Janna Storlie (Eric Konschuh), Jessi Storlie, Breanne Storlie (Kurt Lees), Cole Storlie, Matthew Easson; three great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Following a private family graveside service, a memorial service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church in Lampman on Monday, May 24, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Daniel Krauss officiating.
If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Lampman Community Health Centre in Jim’s memory.
