Leonard Horace Meek
(Feb. 10, 1928 – May 25, 2010)
Leonard Meek of Yorkton, SK and formerly of Estevan, SK passed away in Estevan on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at the age of 82 years.
Leonard was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Ellen Meek and his siblings, Olive Meek, Mae Halverson, Robert Meek and Betty Phillips.
His memory will be forever cherished by his children and grandchildren, Rennie (Shauna) Meek and their children Dean, Scott and Sam, and Angel (Brent) Erickson and their children, Jasmine and Preston, all of Estevan.
A graveside service in Leonard’s honour will be held on Friday, May 28, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Yorkton City Cemetery with Rev. Luanne Hrywkiw officiating. Those so wishing may make donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan in Leonard’s memory.
