Margaret Edith Ast
(August 18, 1919 -June 27, 2011)
With love and sadness our family announces the quiet passing of our beloved mother on June 27, 2011 at the Estevan Regional Nursing Home. Margaret was predeceased by her husband, Edward; her parents, Thorwal & Olga Promhouse and brothers, Harold (Annette) Promhouse and Thorwal (Helen) Promhouse.
Left to mourn are her six children, Marilyn (Graham) Taylor; Betty (Doug) Mcleod; Sharon Mellin; Allan (Yvette) Ast; Eileen King (Roch Durocher) and Brian Ast. She will be lovingly remembered by grandchildren, Shelley (Ron) Noullette; Trina Troyan; Scott McLeod; Vivian (Scott) Mohrbutter; Robert Ast; Rhonda Green; Michael Gilewich (Sheri MacMurdo) and Charla Green as well as great grandchildren; Braydon, Lauren and Joey Noullette, Hailey and Keenan Gilewich, Ryder Green and Jack Mohrbutter.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 29, 2011
Christ Lutheran Church, 4825 Dewdney, Ave. Regina, Saskatchewan. Interment will be at Riverside Memorial Park, Regina, SK. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be given to the New Estevan Regional Nursing Home, c/o Sun Country Health Region at St. Joseph’s Hospital, 1174 Nicholson Road, Estevan, SK. S4A 2V6 in Margaret’s memory .
