Elzora Rosy Baker
(April 30, 1921 – March 3, 2011)
Rosy Baker passed away in Estevan, SK on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at the age of 89 years.
Rosy was predeceased by her parents, Leonard and Myrtie Nicholson; husband Doug Baker and 10 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her children, Bill (Cathy) Baker of Calgary, AB, Judy (David) Warwick of Lethbridge, AB and Myrtie (Henry) Huck of Estevan; grandchildren, Leslie Baker (Eric Toews) (children Sam, Sasha, Augustus), Kathy Baker, Christie Baker, Jennifer (Ron) Thatcher (children Russ, Danielle), Thomas Warwick, Bob Warwick, Nichole Huck (Shawn Fraser), Becky Huck and Michael Huck; sisters, Phyllis Bradshaw of Regina Beach, SK and Ellen Ward of Nipawin, SK and brother-in-law Ken Crockett of Parksville, B.C., as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service for Rosy will be held on Monday, March 7, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Hall Funeral Services, 1506 – 4th Street, Estevan, with Mr. Doug Third officiating. Interment will follow in the Estevan City Cemetery.
