Leo Benedict Charles Seipp
(June 13, 1921 – May 1, 2011)
Leo Seipp passed away peacefully at Hillview Manor in Estevan, SK on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at the age of 89 years.
Leo was predeceased by his parents, Anton (Andy) and Mary; brothers, Richard, Francis and Jim (Marge); sisters, Eileen (Keith) Coller and Isabel (Ed) Gough; brothers-in-law, Jack Mack, David Halvorson and Milo Carlson.
Left to cherish precious memories are Leo’s wife of 66 years, Louise; children, Leo (Bev), Greg (Rita), Betty (Terry) Stone, Robert (Caroline), Rick (Jackie), Cathy (Dale) Reed, Mike (Glenda), David (Janet) and Tim (Lesa); 22 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; brother Gerald (Agnes); sisters, Mary Mack, Theresa Halvorson and Grace Carlson; sister-in-law Mary Seipp, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Prayers will be held on Friday, May 6, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in the chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. in St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Estevan, by Rev. Joel Rama. Interment will follow in Souris Valley Memorial Gardens, Estevan.
Those so wishing may make donations to the Saskatchewan Division of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada or a charity of choice in Leo’s memory.
