Maurice John Verbeem
(September 27, 1932 – November 2, 2011)
Maurice Verbeem, late of Forget, SK passed away in Regina, SK on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at the age of 79 years.
Maurice’s memory will be forever cherished by his wife Frances Verbeem of Forget; children, Jocelyn (Allen) Raynard of Stoughton, SK, Glenn Verbeem of Oahu, Hawaii and Reg Verbeem of Stoughton; grandchildren, Kendra Verbeem (Rick) and their daughter Harper of Estevan, Reine Verbeem of Stoughton, Bailey Verbeem (Trevor) of Stoughton, Keeley and Lacey Raynard of Stoughton; brothers, Andrew (Rita) Verbeem of Estevan, SK and Joe (Marie) Verbeem of Lampman, SK; sister-in-law Goldie Verbeem of Weyburn, SK, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.
He was predeceased by his parents, Jacob and Zulma Verbeem; brothers, Leon Verbeem and George Verbeem; sister-in-law Louise Verbeem, as well as numerous in-laws.
Prayers will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. and Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, November 7, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Peter Nijssen. Both services will be held in Our Lady of La Salette R.C. Church, Forget. Interment will take place in the parish cemetery.
