John William Moore
(September 26, 1925 – September 23, 2011)
John Moore, formerly of Redvers, SK passed away in Dawson Creek, B.C. on Friday, September 23, 2011 at the age of 85 years.
John is survived by his children, Corrie (Lawrence) Dunn, Harry (Judy) Moore, Bob (Darcy) Moore, Darlene Welsh, Patricia Moore, Paul (Nadine) Moore; 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, Gerritje (Greda); parents, William and Jane; parents-in law, William and Cornelia Dykhuizen; son, Eddy; son-in-law Bill; sister, Marjorie; brothers-in-law, Ken and Gus.
A Memorial Service for John will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Knox United Church, Redvers, with Rev. Cornelia van Bentum officiating. Interment will follow in the Redvers Town Cemetery.
