Mary Shiels passed away at Newhope Pioneer Lodge, Stoughton, SK on Friday, April 4, 2014 at the age of 86 years.

Mary is survived by her sons, Boyd (Pat) Rodgers and Dwight (Chenoa) Shiels; granddaughters, Laura Rodgers and Bethany Young; sister-in-law Doris Blackwell.

She was predeceased by her husband Ken Shiels; infant daughter Laura; parents, Nathan and Sarah Rodgers; brothers, Jack, Nathaniel, Bob, Bill, Tom, Jim and Dave; sister Sarah (Betty) Matthews and surrogate mother Mary Fraser.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 7, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Grace United Church, Stoughton, with Elizabeth Goodson officiating. Interment will follow at the Handsworth Cemetery.
