Obituary for Rudolf Hanelt

Rudy Hanelt, late of Estevan, SK, and formerly of Benson, SK, passed away on Friday, July 11, 2014, at St. Joseph's Hospital Long Term Care, at the age of 78 years.

Rudy was predeceased by his parents, Heinrich and Lydia and four brothers, Ernest, Gustav, Emil and Karl. He is survived by his wife, Joan; brother, Wilhelm; as well as several cousins.

A Memorial Service will take place on Friday, July 18, 2014, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Estevan, SK., at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Daniel Krauss officiating. Interment will follow in the Woodley Cromar Cemetery. Those so wishing may make donations to the New Estevan Regional Nursing Home or the Creighton Lodge Resident Fund â€“ Resident Council, in Rudy's memory.
