Marie Risling, formerly of Estevan, SK., passed away at the Regina Pasqua Hospital on Friday, September 19, 2014, at the age of 89 years.

Marie will be lovingly remembered by her children, Jane (Barrie) Hussey, Vicki (Garry) Pho, Loretta Risling, and Kelly Risling; son in law, Doug Selk; grandchildren, Shawna Heber, John Pho, Scott Pho, Vicky Thompson, Jody Hussey, Linzeii Selk, and Trisha Kowbel; great grandchildren, Noah and Malachi Kowbel, Aiden and Ryan Thompson; sister, Vicky Sawarin; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Matthew; daughter, Judy Selk; parents, Mike and Mary Kozlowski; brothers, Tex, Edward, Paul, and Henry Kozlowski; sisters Pauline Tessier, Dorothy Bonner, Stella Folan, and Anne Whitfield.

A Prayer Service will take place on Thursday, September 25, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan, SK. A Funeral Mass will follow on Friday, September 26, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Estevan, SK., with Rev Brian Meredith as celebrant.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, 2 – 1124 8th Street East, Saskatoon, SK, S7H 0S4, in memory of Marie.
