Obituary for Sarah Wiebe (Thiessen)
Sarah Wiebe passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital, Estevan, on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at the age of 100 years.
Sarah is survived by her son Isaac (Gail) Wiebe of Stayner, ON; daughter Jane Rae of Estevan; grandchildren, Chad (Barb) Wiebe of Stayner, ON and their children, Mitchell and Jared, Randy Rae of Toronto, ON and his children, Naomi (son Neil), Claire, Adrian (Courtney and son Harrison), Evan (Jaycee), Mitchel and Jonathon, Cheryl Rae of Estevan; sister Susan Brown of Winkler, MB, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Sarah Thiessen; husband Abe Wiebe; son-in-law Ken Rae and siblings, Peter, Dick, Corny, Betty, Mary, Helen and Nettie.
A Public Visitation will be held on Friday, April 3, 2015 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan, with Mr. Doug Third officiating. Interment will follow at Souris Valley Memorial Gardens, Estevan.
Those so wishing may make donations to a charity of choice in Sarah's memory.
