Obituary for Lawrence Francis Matthewson

Lawrence Francis Matthewson passed away in Redvers, SK on Friday, July 17, 2015 at the age of 83 years.

Lawrence is survived by his loving wife Georgette and their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren: daughter Brenda (Harvey) with Jody (Sherri) and children: Dakota and Justice and Shari (Derrick) and children: Cruz, Oakley and Nickson; son Larry with Blair and son Darin, Danny (Sarah) and children: Evan, Tyson and Emrie, Joshua (Shona) and children: Oakley, Kayla and Ireland, Kayla (Blair) and children: Logon, Hailey and Elaina; son Garry (Veronica) with Jessica (Robin) and son Avery and Samantha (Dustin) and daughter Whitney; siblings, William Matthewson, Carman (Donna) Matthewson, Lorraine (George) Smythe, Helen (Lucien) Garnier and Ivan Matthewson; sister-in-law Eleanor Matthewson, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, James and Elizabeth Matthewson; brothers, Donald (Rita) Matthewson, Eddy Matthewson and Harvey Matthewson and sister-in-law Helen Matthewson.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church, Redvers, by Rev. Anthony Padayatty. Interment will follow at the Redvers Town Cemetery.
