DOREEN LOUISE DUNCAN
1935 - 2016
The family of Doreen Louise Duncan sadly announce her passing on May 11th in Saskatoon at the age of 81.
Doreen was born and raised in Estevan, a middle child of Louis and Mary (Wilczek) Kowalski. She was a kind and gentle person who enjoyed spending time with family. She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 57 years, Barry, Saskatoon; her loving family, Son Bob (Trish) Duncan, Estevan, and their family Josh and Stefan, daughter Laurel (Blair) Hildahl, Estevan, and their family Bryce, Kristen (Cary) Grays, Derek (Nicki), daughter Elaine (Rick) Gunderson, Saskatoon and their family Cole (Allyssa), Kendall (Jordan), Shelby, son Bruce (Margaret) Duncan, Estevan, and their family Rebecca, William, Rachel. Doreen is also survived by her sister Mary Kowalski and sisters inlaw, Shirley Kowalski, Valerie Kowalski and Isy Hovind.
Doreen is predeceased by her parents; grandson Jared Duncan; her brothers George, Ronald, Kenneth, Edward, Morton, Alfred, Louis, Johnny and Joseph and numerous other family.
The Funeral Service was held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 16th, 2016 at the Estevan Alliance Church, 140 King Street, Estevan with Pastor Jim Kedge officiating. Interment followed at Estevan City Cemetery. Refreshments followed the Interment at the Estevan Alliance Church.
Arrangements were in care of CHERISHED MEMORIES FUNERAL SERVICES, Martensville (306-242-7888) and Hall Funeral Services, Estevan.
