FORNWALD, Herman
1932 – 2017

Herman Fornwald of Estevan, SK passed away on Friday, February 3, 2017 in Estevan at the age of 84 years.

Herman will be lovingly remembered by his companion Edna Whitrow. Herman leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Loretta (Wally) Cameron and family, Neil Fornwald and family, Aaron (Melody) Fornwald and family, Shauna (Kirk) Johnson and family, as well as Edna’s children, Sheila (Doug) Hennie and family, Sharon (Wayne) Sanguin and family, Cheryl Whitrow and family, and Shelley (Steven) Hill and family. Also left with fond memories are his siblings, Marion, Lorraine, Irene, Beatrice, Majorie, Carol (Bob), Joe (Judy), Richard (Marg); and sisters-in-law, Donna and Leona.

Herman was predeceased by his parents, Alphonse and Margaret Fornwald; siblings, Willy, Ralph, Fred (Evelyn), Jim and brothers-in-law, Don Best and Alvan Bredson.

A Funeral Liturgy was held on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Estevan with Rev. Brian Meredith presiding. Following the service a luncheon was held in the church auditorium. The interment service took place on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Seven Sorrows Parish Cemetery, Lampman.
