Condolence From: Greg & Dawn Hengen
Condolence: For eight years, 3 days a week, Mrs. Daae would walk across the street and enter our home to look after our kids (and dog) while we were at work. There couldn't have been a better person to help raise our family. She was loving and dependable, and truly focused on caring for the kids. She raised them (and at times their friends) from infants to toddlers to school age. Just to think of all the important life lessons she taught them all those years! We are really forever grateful and know we were blessed to have had her at such a busy time in our lives. We loved her and she touched each of our lives. But we never did call her Leatrice for some reason. It just seemed more respectful to call her Mrs. Daae (or just "Daae" as Dylan called her as a little boy). She was one of the best. With our deepest and sincere sympathy to all of her family.
