Obituary for Allan Victor Toms

1941 - 2017

Allan Toms, late of Gainsborough, SK and formerly of Redvers, SK passed away at Galloway Health Centre, Oxbow, SK on Monday, October 16, 2017 at the age of 76 years.

Allan's memory will be forever cherished by his wife Elizabeth Toms; son Dwayne (Terri-Ann) Toms; daughter Laurie Toms; grandchildren, Courtney (Kyle), Trisha, Allison and Rheanne. He will also be lovingly remembered by his brothers, Dale (Mary), Bryce (Joan), Randy (Leanne) and Kevin (Karen); brother-in-law Stephen (Vicki) Keen; sisters-in-law, Margaret (Bev) Culbertson, Jane (Mike) Kearns, Rosemarie (Ken) Mus, Jaquie Yanyu (Milton) and Karen Keen, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Allan was predeceased by his parents, Victor and Evelyn (Renauld) Toms; parents-in-law, Frank and Wilhelmina Keen; sister Sharen Martin and brother-in-law Alphonse Martin; brother-in-law Richard Keen and nephew Richard Zarn.

The Funeral Service was held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Knox United Church, Redvers, with Rev. Rob Reed officiating. Interment followed at the Redvers Town Cemetery, after which a luncheon was held in the church hall.

If friends so desire, donations in Allan's memory may be made to the Gainsborough Health Auxiliary Memorial Fund, PO Box 420, Gainsborough, SK, S0C 0Z0.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hall Funeral Services, Redvers.
