Obituary for Amy Lynn Hill

1965 - 2017

The family of Amy Lynn Hill is saddened to say she passed away on December 13, 2017 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Amy was born in Glens Falls, New York on June 15, 1965. She is survived by her mother Karla Hill (Richard Brady); her father and step mother Richard and Karen Hill; her fiancé Dwight Thompson; her sister Allison (Mark) and niece Tara; her brother Christian (Kathleen) and nephews, Gavin and Griffin and Dwight's mom and family in Canada.

Amy dedicated her life to her patients in the diabetes education field with immense care and compassion.

She had a love for cross stitch, creating pieces of museum quality stitching.

Amy lived her life with excitement and approached both her career and personal life with enthusiasm and lots of love for others.

Sadly, Amy’s life was cut too short, however she spent her last years planning her future with her Love and Heart, Dwight.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Banner University Medical Center Nursing Education Fund.

A memorial service was held on Monday, December 18, 2017 at Legacy Funeral Home, 4403 E. Broadway Road, Mesa, Arizona, beginning at 2:00 p.m., with a luncheon following.
