Jean Phylis Thorlacius
October 7, 1935 – March 27, 2018

Jean Phylis Thorlacius, born the 7th of October, 1935, passed away in her sleep at Hill View Manor in Estevan, Saskatchewan, on the 27th of March, 2018.

She was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Mary Ray; her husband, John Thorlacius and six brothers and sisters, Denny Ray, Carol McMillan, Jim Ray, Justin Ray, Rose Hood and Diane Peebles.

Jean is survived by her son Dan (Sue) Thorlacius and her daughter, Cheryl (Claude) Allen; her grandchildren, Curtis (Kim) Allen, Connor Allen and Caitlyn (Bryson) Bergesen; step-granddaughter Breanne (Drew) Granson and their daughter Layna; her sisters, Betty Mellom, Janice (Morley) Hood and Barb (Carl) Biberdorf and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life took place at St. GIles Anglican Church, Estevan, SK on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with The Venerable Wilma Woods presiding. Lunch followed in the lower level of the church immediately following the service. A Private Family interment was held at the New Stockholm Lutheran Church Cemetery, Stockholm, SK.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hall Funeral Services, Estevan.
