Message to the Family: I am so sorry to hear about Charlie. I remember him from his time in Estevan. I often wondered where he was and what he was building next.He was a genius!!! It makes my heart happy to know that he spent his last days in a community where he was embraced,understood and loved.God bless you all. RIP Charlie.
