I ran a jewellery store in Carnduff and belonged to the curling club. One of my volunteer jobs was to buy supplies for the kitchen. Harry would stop at the store to take my order and we would always have a visit. He loved working with the people in the small towns on his route and was loved by all he worked with. I remember an especially busy day at the store as he waited for me to place my order. His compliment was that if you needed something done in a small town just look for the busiest woman and she would take care of it. We also enjoyed visiting with him at Jan Lake where we all relaxed and had a "sociable" together and shared our lies about the big one that got away. A true gentleman has left our midst and Heaven is a better place. My deepest sympathy to Harry's family. Bev
