Blaine Allan Purvis
1963 - 2018

Blaine passed away at the Redvers Health Centre, Redvers, Sask. on Monday, August 6, 2018 at the age of 55 years.

Blaine is survived by his brother Greg (Diana) Purvis and their children, Lesley (Todd) Wilson, Dustin Purvis (Samantha Matthewson) and Jordan (Karisa) Purvis; sister Glenda (Barry) Toms and their children, Jason (Michelle) Toms and Jackie Toms (Travis Thompson); brother Jeff Purvis, as well as his great nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Bertha Purvis; grandparents, Emma and Bill Chapman, Elizabeth and Archie Purvis and his great nephew Benjamin Wilson.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
