2002 – 2019
Aaron passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at the age of 16 years.
Aaron will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Gary and Shelly Lavoie; his siblings, Landon (Kaitlin Batt), Jordan, Cameron, and Renee (Ryder Scholpp); grandmothers, Bonnie Downes and Rachel Lavoie; Aunties and Uncles; Heather and Dave Lavoie, Leah Lavoie (Mike Terness), Bernice Zieglgansberger (Lee Dzuba), Ron Lavoie, Kelly (Melessa) Downes, Lisa and Allister Hales, Carol Cross, Sharon and Joe Cross; God parents, Barry and Rita Storozuk; special family friend Dale Maley as well as many cousins, friends and teammates.
Aaron was predeceased by his grandfathers, Alphonse Lavoie and Robert “Wayne” Downes and great grandparents, Elizabeth and Tom Hewlitt.
The Celebration of Life for Aaron was held on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of God, Estevan, Sask. with Pastor Geoff Thiessen officiating. The family invited everyone to join them in the church auditorium following the service for a time of refreshments and fellowship.
If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
