1940 - 2019
With heavy hearts, Albert's family announces his unexpected passing at Kenosee Lake, Sask. on Friday, June 28, 2019 at the age of 78 years.
Left to cherish Albert's memory is his wife of 58 years, Albine Martin (Magotiaux) and their daughters and grandchildren: Anita (Dwayne) and their children, Lee, Glen, Kara, Kim (Zane) and Blaire (Marek); Diane (Michel) and their children, Randy (Jill), Mitchell (Jessica) and Tyson (Kierra); Debbie (Brian) and their children, Natasha, Dwight (Shana) and Stacie (Brendan); Linda (Murray) and their children, Branden (Kailey) and April (Sean); Lori-Ann (Lionel) and their children, Brooklin (Kaylee), Lane, Lucas and Liam, as well as 15 (soon to be 16) great grandchildren; his mother-in-law Simone Magotiaux; sisters, Jeannine (Paul) Gaudet and Paula Kenler. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Albert was predeceased by his parents, Norbert and Germaine (Petit) Martin; father-in-law George Magotiaux, as well as brothers, sisters and in-laws.
The Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, July 5, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church, Redvers, Sask. by Rev. Wilfred Calinawan. Interment followed at the Redvers Town Cemetery, after which a luncheon was served in the church hall.
