Alfred Mattei
1935 - 2019
Alfred “Alf” Adolf Mattei, late of Estevan, SK passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Estevan surrounded by his family on Monday, February 25, 2019 at the age of 84 years.
Alf was predeceased by his parents, Adolf and Anna Mattei and his wife Constance “Connie” (Lafrentz) Mattei.
Alf is survived by his children Theron (Candace) Mattei, Monica (Gary) Higgins and Clarence Mattei; and his grandchildren Tyrel Mattei and Nichole Veilleuy. Left with many precious memories are special friend Laurie Hubbard and her children, Blake Stovin, April (Cory) Kucharyshen, Travis Stovin, Myley Burym and Brady Stovin; as well as Laurie’s grandchildren Bridget, Kiana, Vance, Dominic, Tylan, Taylor, Nickolas, Reagan, Emmett, Maci, Reed and Bryton.
A Memorial Service was held on Friday, March 1, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan with Sandy Dalziel presiding. A time of lunch and fellowship took place at the Royal Canadian Legion, Estevan Branch following the service.
