1963 - 2020
With much sadness, the family of Brenda Joy Griffin of Stoughton, Sask. announces her sudden passing at the Regina General Hospital on Friday, January 17, 2020 at the age of 56.
Brenda will be forever loved and remembered by her son Chris Griffin (Jovanna Picciotti); daughter Veronica Griffin; spouse Mark Rebrinsky and his daughter Nicole Rebrinsky; sister Laura Sabados; brother Leslie Griffin; niece Nicole Griffin (Bryan Edgington); cousins: Elsie Thompson and her children: James Thompson and Deana Thompson-Beck; Ruth Klatt, Carol Bell and Vangy Hill.
She was predeceased by her parents: John and Lois (Bell) Griffin; brothers: Ronald Griffin and Ernest Griffin; brother-in-law Murray Sabados, as well as numerous other family members.
In remembrance of Brenda, a Funeral Service was held on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Grace United Church, Stoughton, with Elizabeth Goodson officiating. Interment followed at the Heward Cemetery, Heward, Sask. after which a luncheon was held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Stoughton.
In lieu of flowers, those so wishing may make donations in Brenda’s memory to the Stoughton Central School (to be used to enhance learning for children with special needs), Box 640, Stoughton, SK, S0G 4T0, or the Heward Stone Church, Box 142, Creelman, SK, S0G 0X0.
