On behalf of the Larter family, I wish to pass on our condolences to Esther and her family. The Mantei family including Rudy , Albert and of course Clarence were such an important part of the growth of the Larters in Estevan and supported our Mom and Dad and Double R through the 60's and 70's when farming wasn't to rosy. I will always cherish the times I came to your farm in my short tenure with Double R and it is no secret as a son growing up in the family , the Mantei's and many other Outram customers were always the talk at the table when Dad got home. Dad was never more proud in being the Godfather to your first sibling Russell I believe and it is just another testimony that our customers were our friends sink or swim back in that time period.

Our thoughts are with you

Bob Larter Jr. and the entire Larter family

Sometimes special people are placed on this earth to make a difference. Clarence make the world a better place.
I considered myself so fortunate that I was able to enjoy our times together with many stories and much laughter over the many years. May you find the peace that Clarence would want for you. God Bless you - Auntie Esther, Russell, Vivyan, Chris, Alyshia and Families.
