Darleane Wiens
1937 - 2020
Darleane Wiens, formerly of Midale, Sask. passed away at the St. Joseph's Hospital Special Care Home, Estevan, Sask. on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at the age of 82 years.
Precious memories of Darleane will be forever cherished by her husband Peter Wiens and their children and grandchildren: daughter Penny (David) Moon of Midale; son Glenn (Robin) Wiens of Midale and their children: Chanse Wiens, Sierra (Jackson) Walliser and Autumn Wiens; daughter Sheila (Kevin) Kobitz of Estevan and their children: Kourtney, Katelyn and Lauren Kobitz. She will also be lovingly remembered by her brother Oliver (Sharon) Pepin of Regina and her sister Delores Honig of Weyburn, as well as her nieces and nephews.
Darleane was predeceased by her parents: Lionel and Emelie Pepin; her son Jason Wiens and her brother Roy Pepin.
The Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Midale, with Pastor Cicely McDougall officiating. A time of fellowship and refreshments followed at the church, after which the interment took place at the Halbrite Cemetery, Halbrite, Sask.
