1942 - 2022

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that on Sunday, October 30, 2022, Darlene Ann Geisel, late of Estevan, SK  passed away peacefully at the age of 79 years.

Darlene will be forever in the hearts of her husband of 60 years, Kenn; daughters, Kim (Dallas), Roxee, Pam (Wade) and sons Robert (Kim) and Richard (Tasha). Precious memories will be held dear by grandchildren, Desiree (Brent), Cole (Rebecca), Bailey (Daniel), Isaiah, Emily (Brendan), Tanner (Maya), Taylor (Dagan), MacKenzie, Paxton and Kamdyn and great grandchildren, Jovi, Roenick, Reese, Eva, Charlotte, Theodore, Henry and Rosalie. Darlene also leaves her brother Wayne and numerous extended family members and friends.

Darlene joins in heaven her mother Helen; stepfather Barney; brother Daryl and sister-in- law Patricia.

Darlene fought a hard and courageous battle with cancer over the last 14 years. She always had a smile to share and her strength never waivered. Darlene was a beautiful spirit and loved to have a house full of laughter. Memories of Darlene will be cherished by all those who knew and loved her.

A Funeral Mass was held at St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Estevan on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Sathiadas Antony the celebrant. A private family interment followed at the Estevan City Cemetery, after which a luncheon was held in the church hall.
