Obituary for Betty M. Veroba

Elizabeth “Betty” M. Veroba (Mehler)
1926 - 2022

Betty Veroba, late of Moose Jaw, SK passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at the Dr. FH Wigmore Regional Hospital, Moose Jaw, SK at the age of 95 years.

Betty will be forever loved and remembered by her children and their families: daughter, Linda (Bob), grandson Justin (Jennifer), son-in-law Lyle Walker; great grandchildren, Sydnee and Gunner, Kent (Courtney) and Levi and great great granddaughter Avaleigh; son Doug (Mary Anne), grandchildren, Andrew (Dana), Sarah (Cole), Frank (Michelle), Susan (Myles); great grandchildren, Hudson, Harlow and Calder, Maebry, Ruby and Harley; son Gary (Darlene), grandchildren, Jody (Janelle), Lona, Tanya (Jason) and Shawn (Lara); great grandchildren, Madison, Kenedi, Shenae , Xylan and their mother Patricia,  Adam and his mother Vanessa, Chanel (Derrick), Tatum (Braydon), Jaxon and Riel; Dylan and Bryn and  great great grandson Carson; daughter Polly (Marty) and granddaughter Kristianne; sisters in-law, Delores Mehler and  Shirley Veroba as well as many nieces and nephews of whom each one was so special to her.

Betty was predeceased by her husband Gilbert; granddaughter Patty Walker; great grandsons, Kyle & Gabriel Wyatt; parents, Niklaus and Anna Mehler; siblings, John Geisel, Tony, George, Nick, Frank, John, Andrew Mehler, Anna Strubal, Nancy Heatherington, Anne Adolph and Lena Beckmann. 

The Memorial Service was held on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan, SK with Linda Wilson officiating. The lunch reception was held immediately following the service at the Royal Canadian Legion, Estevan, SK. A private family interment took place at Our Lady Of Seven Sorrows R.C. Cemetery, Lampman, SK.
