Ivor Merlin Brown
1930-2022

“Ivor the Driver” took his final bus trip on Thursday, June 30, 2022, having boarded the bus in Regina, SK at the age of 92 years.

Ivor will be greeted at his final destination by his parents, Joe and Rose Brown; his first wife Helen Brown and second wife Yvonne Brown; sister Thelma (Tudor) Jones; son-in-law Robert O.C. Kvamme grandson and best friend David Kvamme and several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.

Left at the bus stop waving farewell are Ivor’s loving family, son Ken (Marj) Brown and daughters of the heart, Connie (Ken) Head, Karen (Floyd) Sellsted and Cheryl (Ric) Kvamme Gedak; brother David (Ingrid); sisters-in-law, Bonnie Jo Friess, Cecile Friess, Margaret Friess, Madelaine Knakoske, Florence Hodge and Kay Friess.  Ivor also leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan, SK with Sandy Dalziel officiating.  Interment will follow at Souris Valley Memorial Gardens, Estevan, SK.  All are invited to join the family for lunch at the Royal Canadian Legion, Estevan Branch.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ivor may be made to a charity of your choice.
