James “Jim” Young
1949 - 2023
Jim Young of Brooks, AB passed away on May 22, 2023 at the Rosehaven Care Centre in Camrose, Alberta at the age of 74 years.
He is survived by his wife Aurora; children Jamie (Tara) Young, Dwayne Young, Mandy (Jason) Fleck and Kaylee (Dan) Jukes; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sibliings, Barry (Shelly) Young, Dale (Carol) Young, Dawn (Kerry) McKenzie; step son Surf Yohanes and numerous family and friends.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Florence and Ron Young and sisters, Judy Young, Laurie Young and Cathy Brown.
Cremation took place and a Memorial Service was held on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Carlyle United Church, Carlyle, SK. with Sandy Dalziel officiating. Interment took place at Glen Morris Cemetery, Carlyle, SK. A lunch was held at the Senior Citizens Happy Gang, Carlyle, SK.
