Jason Dzuba
1975 - 2021

Jason Dzuba passed away suddenly at his home in Ituna, Sask. on Friday, April 16, 2021 at the age of 45.

Jason will always be missed and remembered by his fiancée Cara Spokowski; father Lee Dzuba; step mother Bernice Zieglgansberger; brother Joe Dzuba and his sons: Preston (Charity Brock), Cody and Bransin; brother Jerod Dzuba (Tara Petrisor); aunts and uncles: Dwain & Pat Dzuba, Valery & George Kirbyson, Jack Dzuba, Dallas & Lori Dzuba, Lorraine & Harvey Haberstock, Jolene &Stan Wicks and Sandra & Norm Graham, as well as numerous cousins.

He was predeceased by his mother Janet Dzuba; grandparents: Alfred & Isobelle Schlapkohl and Sam & Mary Dzuba and his aunt Marlene Reynolds.

A Graveside Service was held on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Glen Cemetery with Rev. Randy Kleemola officiating.
