Lewis Stanley Durr
1949 – 2022

It is with great sadness that the family wishes to announce the sudden loss of their beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Lewis Stanley Durr on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Estevan, SK at the age of 72 years.

Lewis is survived by his loving wife Gail; daughter Dietta (Darcy) Todos; grandsons, Zachary, Mathew and Jesse Todos.  Lewis will be missed by his siblings, Lovell (Judy) Durr, Louise (Ken) Kurtz, James (Brenda) Durr and Rozann (Dale) Graefer; sisters-in-law, Elaine Durr and Donna Dukart; brother-in-law Kellen (Bernice) Dukart and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Lewis was predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Georgean Durr; parents-in-law, Robert and Isabelle Dukart; brother Thomas Durr and brother-in-law Ronnie Dukart.

A Celebration of Lewis’ Life took place on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 10:30 at St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Estevan, SK with Rev. Sathiadas Antony presiding. Interment followed at Souris Valley Memorial Gardens, Estevan, SK.
