Marcel John Paul Shevalier

1962 – 2023

It is with a broken heart that we announce the sudden passing of Marcel Shevalier, late of Montmartre, SK at the age of 60 years. Marcel was a loving husband, father, brother and uncle and will be deeply missed. 

Marcel will be forever remembered by his family; wife Charlotte Rose (nee Purvis); children, Bethany Shevalier and Paul Shevalier; stepmom Helen Shevalier; siblings, Maurice Shevalier (Shelley), Mike Shevalier (Elena), Renee Shevalier-Lavin (Bob), Dianne Oliveira (Paul), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Marcel was predeceased by his grandmother Margaret Pinchbeck; mother Bernice (nee Pinchbeck) Shevalier; father Harvey Shevalier; aunt Joyce, and uncle Ian.

The Celebration of Life for Marcel was held on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Redvers, SK with Sandy Dalziel officiating. Interment took place at the Redvers Town Cemetery following the service. The family invited everyone to join them for lunch at the hall following the interment for time of remembering and celebrating Marcel. 

Marcel liked being casual in tie dye or concert shirts and jeans. The family invited everyone to come dressed in his favorite style.
