Melodye Pierson
1946 - 2022

With much sadness, Melodye's family announces her sudden passing at her home in Estevan, Sask. on December 9, 2022 at the age of 76.

Left with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her sons and their families: Jeff and grandchildren, Bailey and Ryder, and Brad (Colette) and grandchildren, Tyran and Camryn; her sister Jan (Doug) Blue; her brother Vern (Lenora) Symons; her sister-in-law Janet Symons, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bert Pierson; her parents, George and Dorothy Symons and her brother Marvin Symons.

A come-and-go public visitation took place on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hall Funeral Services in Estevan and the Celebration of Mel's life was held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Estevan with The Venerable Wilma Woods of St. Giles Anglican Church, presiding. A private family interment followed at the Estevan City Cemetery, after which all were invited to a reception in the Beefeater Plaza at the Days Inn Estevan.
