Richard Asbenlieder
1944 – 2022

It is with broken hearts that the family wishes to announce that Richard Asbenlieder, late of Estevan, SK passed away at the Pasqua Hospital, Regina, SK on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at the age of 77 years.

Richard was predeceased by his parents, Marcus and Amelia Asbenlieder and his sister Shirley.

Richard will be missed by his loving wife Isabel and children: Wanda Asbenlieder (Murray James), Teresa  (Larry) Stamler and family, Jonathan (Jessica) and Kendall (Katie) and daughter Sophia, Allan (Annette) Kendall and family, Stephanie (Andrew) and children, Kase, Emma, Noah and Boston, Justin (Paige) and children, Fox, River and Rain, Landon (Randiilee) and Tyler, Tammy Leel and children, Brendan, Cody and Brianna.  Richard will also be missed by his sister Sharon (Terry) McLelland and nephews Terry and Troy.

A Celebration of Richard’s Life was held on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of Christ, Estevan, SK with Pastor Tim Pippus presiding.  All were invited to join the family for lunch and refreshments at the Church following the service.

Those so wishing may make donations in memory of Richard to St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation (designate Unit A), 1176 Nicholson Rd., Estevan, SK S4A 0H3.
