There are so many beautiful memories of Rick! I loved our many suppers out at the Flying M, at our home in Carnduff, or at their home too! Rick always loved to host and talk about life and love. Rick always had a listening ear and a heart full of love. He loved romantic movies and especially loved The Notebook. He was not afraid to admit that he cried at beautiful love stories. I admired his honesty, his zest for life, and his love for Maxine, his family and his friends. They spent a few nights here with us in Brandon too, and loved going to cheer on his great nephew as his team took on The Brandon Wheat Kings. He even took our dog, Willie, for walks around our neighbourhood (well to have his smoke of course), but my dog sure loved him too. I will have a glass of wine in his honor today! We will miss you Rick. Always, Darla and Steve
