Obituary for Theresa (Grace) Zimmerman (Stepp)
Theresa (Grace) Zimmerman, late of Estevan, SK passed away at the Lampman Community Health Centre, Lampman, SK on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at the age of 98 years.
Theresa will be remembered by her children, Dennis (Maria) Zimmerman, Lorne Zimmerman and Gail (Donald) Hilstrom; grandchildren, Tania Zimmerman (daughter Kelsey), Sonia (Mark) Costa, April (Aaron) Ludwig (daughter Harlow), Eric (Amber and children, Kail and Tucker), Kaila (Ryan) Jutras (daughter Abigail) and Lakyn Hilstrom, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, John and Margareta Stepp; her husband Alphonse Zimmerman; grandsons, Robert and Travis and her siblings, Peter, Margaret, Catherine, Anne and John.
A Prayer Service will be held on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan, with Mr. Doug Third officiating. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Estevan, by Rev. Brian Meredith. Interment will follow at Souris Valley Memorial Gardens, Estevan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations in Theresa's name to Lampman Community Health Centre Trust, c/o R.M. of Browning #34, PO Box 40, Lampman, SK, S0C 1N0 or Creighton Lodge, 1028 Hillcrest Drive, Estevan, SK, S4A 1Y7.
