To Doug, Scott and all of Rose's family members: I was saddened to hear of the loss of your dear Rose. She will be remembered as a kind and loving lady. Rose enjoyed getting back to Oxbow especially to the Anglican teas, but also embraced life in her new Estevan home. She will be missed by many.
