We are saddened to hear of George's passing and wish to extend our condolences to his wife and family. We have great memories of the McGillicky family attending track meets, catechism, and community functions back in the 1940's and 50's in Macoun. I also had the pleasure of playing baseball on the Macoun team along with George and his two brothers Roy & Ralph. They were an awesome trio to have on the same team with Roy's blazing fastball, George's unhittable knuckleball and Ralph's home run bat. This trio is now united and will make a formidable team in their new ball park. Rest in peace together boys.
