With broken hearts, Dominick's family announces his sudden passing at home on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at the age of 14 years.

Dominick will live on forever in the hearts of his parents, Ryan and Shanon; brother Brody and sister Kassidy; grandmothers, Sharon Turner and Teresa (Bob) Stephanson; great grandma Margaret Mack, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, great aunts and uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by his grandfathers, Lloyd Read and Doug Wallington and great grandparents, John Mack, Audrey and Les Wallington, Eileen and Ian McCaffery, Ada and John Read.

Public Visitation was held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan, Sask. The Memorial Service took place on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bienfait Memorial Arena, Bienfait, Sask. with Sandy Dalziel officiating.
