Obituary for Rodney Carl Mokelky

Rodney Carl Mokelky
1959 - 2018

With great sorrow the family wish to announce the passing of Rod Mokelky late of Lampman, SK on Friday, June 15, 2018 at the Regina General Hospital at the age of 59 years.

Rod was predeceased by his father Frank and his father-in-law Alfred Boehme.

Rod is survived by his loving spouse of 35 years, Vera Boehme and their sons, Chad and Owen. Rod will be greatly missed by his mother Eileen; sister Delee (Denis) and their son Kevin; mother-in-law Gloria; sisters-in-law, Vivian (Brad) and sons, Ryan and Braden and Loreen (Russ); as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

A Celebration of Rod’s Life was held on Friday, June 22, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Lampman Branch with Pastor Geoff Thiessen officiating. A family interment took place at Elm Lawn Cemetery, Lampman, after which a luncheon was held at the Legion.

In lieu of flowers, those so wishing may make donations in memory of Rod to the Stars Air Ambulance, 2640 Airport Road, Regina, SK S4W 1A6.
