Snow Bound

When I was a kid in school, I would sometimes stay over night with Dwight, Larry, Marius and Keith at the Monteyne farm. One time there was a blizzard and the roads were closed. What a great opportunity for a day off to goof around with friends. No such luck! Maurice had skis on his plane and he delivered us to school in the 'air' bus.

Another time when we were kids our families went on a vacation together to the Black Hills of South Dakota. What I remember most is seeing my first MacDonalds and we got burgers for fifteen cents!
